Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.  
Gift cards and final sale items are also non-refundable.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
